Occupational Health and Safety – Ergonomics
参照 RBA准则, 在开始生产前,采用人体工程学任务分析重新评估作业和任务,以确保减少或消除人体工程学危害。
Refer to RBA guidelines,these jobs and tasks shall be re - assessed prior to starting production with an ergonomic task analysis to ensure reduction or elimination of Ergonomic Hazards.
Potential risk factors may include but need not be limited to:
• 对肌肉和关节 (如手指/手掌/手腕、手臂/肩膀、颈部、后背、双腿、双脚) 的影响,包括动态运动、静态姿势、受压和扭转
Impact on muscles and joints(such as fingers/hand/wrist, arms/shoulder, neck, back, legs, feet) including dynamic movements,static postures, force,and twisting
• 接触压力 (如手指、手掌和前臂)
Contact pressure (such as fingers,palm, and forearms)
• 震动 (如手臂、整个躯干) Vibration (such as arms, full body)
• 作业速度控制 Control of operating speed
• 重复 Repetition
• 照明 Illumination
• 提举Lifting
• 噪声Noise
• 温度 Temperature
• 工作时长Work duration
Preventive measures include, but are not limited to:
• 正确的工作姿势 Correct working posture :
不同的工作姿势对身体的负担不同,应掌握正确的姿势以减少对身体的伤害。例如,长期伏案工作者应保持正确坐姿,站姿作业者应交替使用两腿重心,避免长时间保持同一姿势 。

• 适当休息 Proper rest :
休息时间时可进行伸展活动,如踮脚尖、单抬腿等伸展姿势,以缓解肌肉紧张

• 注意安全Stay safe :
在体力劳动中,应注意环境安全,避免冒险行为,确保工作区域安全无隐患 。

• 视力保护 Vision Protection:
连续用眼会让眼睛产生疲劳或引起其它不良症状,例如眼干、眼涩、异物感甚至头晕、视力模糊等症状。使用电脑、外观检查、目检等岗位用眼避免过长时间,建议可以适度闭着眼休息或远眺调节。
